National Resources
Despite the
best management practices, emergency conditions can arise anytime, day or
night. Hines Management Services has national resources available
representing 84 million square feet under management.
Hines Management Services’ resources include experienced management and
engineering personnel, plus their industry relationships that can be
instrumental to the quick stabilization of an emergency condition. We feel
the magnitude of these resources is unique to our firm.
Whether the emergency is fire, natural disaster, electrical explosion or
other emergency, Hines Management Services' resources can be quickly
assembled, dispatched and coordinated by the Senior Property Manager and
supported by the on-site Property Manager to assist the Owner as emergency
conditions require.
Hines Management Services' support network of resources is dependable,
proven and reliable, and they are available to an Owner twenty-four hours
a day, seven days a week.
Leverage
An Owner will
have the benefit of local and national supplier relationships that result
from the continued purchasing of capital equipment for new construction by
Hines’ development arm. When emergencies require the production of a
critical piece of equipment, this purchasing power is invaluable. Hines
Management Services, during the Bank of America flood, was successful in
having a major manufacturer interrupt production to produce equipment we
needed to restore operations.
Critical Parts Network
In addition to
keeping a Critical Parts Inventory on-site (parts that are essential to
building operations), Hines maintains a Critical Parts Network of its
Critical Parts Inventory in each property it manages around the world. The
combination of these resources, combined with the advantages listed above,
assures a superior Emergency Response available to an Owner.
