Services We provide to our on-site managers, via the Hines Global Network (HGN) standard contract forms for use with many subcontracted services including: Elevator/Escalator Janitorial Metal Refinishing Security Window Washing Pest Control Electronic Access Control Trash Hauling Generator Maintenance Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Supplies Each year Hines’ Central Operations and Engineering Services (COES) negotiates national purchasing contracts with vendors that service key operations areas including: Industrial & Commercial Equipment & Supplies (HVAC, etc.) Light Bulbs & Electrical Supplies (ballasts, etc.) Towels, Tissues, Paper Products Office Supplies These price agreements are provided to all property & facility managers for their use during the next 12 months. These national purchasing agreements do not obligate any property to buy from a vendor, nor do they require the firm to purchase a certain quantity in a given year in order to achieve the discounted prices.
