Risk Management
- Hines, so as to limit Owner
liability, takes a proactive approach to risk management services. The
dominant features of this approach are highlighted in the IAQ, RMP, ADA,
UST and PACM programs referenced elsewhere.
- In-house risk management department
can offer, by including the property in Hines’ overall insurance
program, rates that frequently are below market and less than the
property can achieve on its own.
Parking Operations (Support Via
